This probably could have been released for the 3ds if Nintendo still had the copyrights, but a few weeks ago when I was at GameStop, on the xboxone demo, I did see a preview for a re-release of banjo kazooie and a bunch of other games for rareware.

Okay, this is all sorts of cool.

I love that since this takes place inbetween Kazooie and Tooie, it almost offers an explanation as to why Grunty is a pile of bones in the sequel. She says she's eating worms in the beginning of the game, Klungo takes her soul out of her body to power the mech suit, and at the end of the game, she returns to a pile of bones.
Klungo is responsible for Grunty's decomposition into a living corpse and therefore is responsible for the BOB plot in Banjo-Tooie. Good going, Klungo.
